  I've never been so unhappy with a service in my life. Yesterday I asked Trish to solve the creaking grinding sound from my left front side along with checking out my struts and I was told it would all be done by 5 o'clock, and the service would cost $700. $240 for the struts, $240 for labor at $80/hr, and $69 for alignment. I got a call yesterday from Trish explaining that the service wouldn't be completed until tomorrow morning (today.) I only agreed to pay the $700 for convenience of having it that day, and when I got that call and requested to stop the repair (because if I'm not getting it that day, I could call elsewhere to save money) Trish told me my car was "already torn apart" and denied my request. On top of that, they discovered the awful grinding noise was not my struts, but my front left axle and offered to repair it for another $250. The part itself costs only $70 from Advance Auto parts... Now I'm stuck with a wobbling, creaky car that feels the same as it did before the "repair." I will never come back and I will gladly share this experience with any consumer.

  My neighbor mechanic realized they broke my brakes sensor bracket and tore my brake boot on the left side... Really wishing they had at least done a better job replacing my struts.
  
  5 HOURS LATER:
  
  We found the head of the broken bolt stuck between my rotor and brake pads. ALSO, the best part, the head of it was from the bracket that they "repaired" with a zip tie.
