  For the last year my 1998 Blazer would intermittently not start, just make a try at starting and do nothing but wear down the battery. I would have it towed by AAA to a repair facility, which would then tell me 'well it started for us' with no charge; or a repair would be made and the problem of non-starting would continue. AAA was getting a bit exasperated by my constantly using their towing service. My Blazer was in 4 repair shops in over 1 year, still I would drive around, then it would refuse to start again.
  Received a recommendation for the St Pete Garage and thought 'why not, I've been almost every place else". They kept the car for about a week. Drove the car around and looked into the problem. The result: They found a bad ground connection in the battery cable and a loose ground plate beneath some electronics. Needed a new battery from all the abuse of constantly trying to restart the car when this problem would crop up. The end result being: the problem, after 4 other shops found nothing, was found and fixed; and the price was VERY reasonable. Now the old car takes me where I want to go with no problems.
  I think its fair to say I would return to St Pete Garage and recommend it to others. They got the job done.
