  'dr' kostomo is the Jekyll and hyde of medicine. we had a normal discussion about a script for alprazolam. when it appeared I was correct on some aspects of taking the meds he suddenly sat up from a chair and started yelling above loud and was flailing his arms spitting as he yelled at me. another young woman ass't was trying to calm him down but he just continued to yell and wave his arms. when I got home I called police and made a report.
  the next day I called and immediately an ass't made it sound like the incident was my fault. she advised to not come back as if I was. she was calm and acted like nothing happened. this dr. should be band forever to practice medicine.
