  BUYER BEWARE. Hand picked a foxtail palm for delivery. It took 17 days to get it to my home- which didn't bother me. However, the palm they installed was absolutely not the one I chose. It is considerably smaller in height and circumference- 13" vs 17" around and not as tall ( I measured and took pics of the one I chose). I called and even went to the store to no avail. They treated me poorly and insisted it was the one I chose. I never would have paid that much $$$ for the one I got! No action taken on their part to make it right or even admit to a possible mistake. Unless you can take the tree with you that day, I would not give this place your hard earned money!
