  I had my teeth extracted a few days ago by Dr Jakubowski and with one implant placed in. It was rather comforting that Dr Jakubowski forewarned me about what to be done, how/what I would feel, and what has been done. No fear of the unknown. Phew! The procedure was very smooth, painless, and swift. Having the novocaine shots was really the worst part of it all. The pain medication was not even necessary afterwards even for someone with such low pain tolerance as I. His staff were friendly and courteous and the Dr himself even called me the next day to follow up on my progress. Now that's caring! I will have some further follow ups and hopefully all will be good or even better :-)

  Excellent care. Pain free extraction of impacted wisdom tooth with Dr. Horner using IV sedation. Great staff.

  Dr Horner and his assistant were amazing! The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. My husband had his 4 wisdom teeth extracted. After surgery he had minor pain and discomfort. The doctor even called him that evening to check up on him. The surgery went very well. We expected the worse and were pleasantly surprised. We highly recommend!! Thank you Dr Horner and staff. You made us feel so comfortable and safe!
